How to Fill Out the Online Certification Form

Completing the online Greener Byways of Nebraska certification form is voluntary and free of charge. It is estimated that completion should take an average of 15 minutes. To help with verification, please be as complete and accurate as possible.

General Information Section

Please provide an answer for all areas of this section. Greener Byways of Nebraska will use this information to send certification materials and for future listings of certified members. Rest assured, we will not sell your information to third parties or use it for any other purpose.

Green Performance Assessment

This section allows businesses to assess current operations for qualification as a certified member of Greener Byways of Nebraska. Please take the time to review your business’s activities and complete this section to the best of your ability.

Each activity has been given a certain number of points based on the time, resources, and difficulty involved to carry it out. To achieve certification, a business must currently be performing enough of the listed activities to earn at least 10 points.

In addition, the business must pledge that all activities indicated will be continued for at least 12 months from the date of submission. If circumstances do not allow for the continuation of certain activities, contact Greener Byways of Nebraska to amend your application.
